Shipping Information
Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days, unless stated otherwise. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a physical street address for your order. Order processing takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). All orders are dispatched within 72 hours. Please note that while we strive to meet these timeframes, unforeseen delays may occur. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this period, we will inform you and offer a suitable remedy in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 2 days for tracking to activate, and an additional 1-2 days for rural addresses. Delivery to rural areas or locations outside major cities may take longer. Please note that shipping options may not require a signature upon delivery. For details, refer to the shipping method description.
Rural Deliveries
Rural deliveries may incur an additional charge. We will notify you of any extra fees if your address is in a rural area before processing your order.
Australia Shipping Policy
Delivery Times: While we aim for delivery within 3-6 working days, please be aware that customs processing may cause occasional delays.
Tracking Information: All orders will be shipped with tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs Fees: Please note that IDOLWILDE is not liable for any customs taxes or fees that may be incurred in your country.
Returns and Exchanges: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our returns policy for instructions on how to return or exchange your items.
Incorrect Shipping Details
If you need to update your shipping details, please email us at support@idolwilde.co.nz as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update your details. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact the local courier service with your tracking number to request a redirect. Please note that your order will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders that are not collected or delivered due to incorrect addresses or other issues may be subject to restocking fees or other charges. Unclaimed orders may be returned to stock, and refunds or exchanges will not be granted.
Compliance with Local Laws
Customers are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations related to their purchases. We are not responsible for any issues arising from local legal requirements.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
