Ring Styles and Size Guide
While our open and adjustable style stainless steel rings offer versatility, some may feel firmer when adjusting due to their design and material properties. If you encounter resistance, adjust gently and gradually to avoid damage. It’s important to respect the structural limits of each ring, as excessive force may compromise its integrity. Always refer to our Jewellery Care Guide to ensure longevity and enjoyment of your IDOLWILDE pieces.
Open Rings: These have a gap in the band and are primarily designed to maintain a specific look. They usually don’t change size significantly and often feature a more rigid structure.
Adjustable Rings: Designed for flexibility, adjustable rings allow for more significant size changes. They can be easily tailored to fit comfortably on different fingers, making them a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a personalised touch.
Ring Sizing: When selecting your ring size, it's essential to ensure a comfortable fit. For the most accurate measurement, consider using a ring sizer or measuring the circumference of your finger with a piece of string. Remember that our open rings are designed to maintain their shape and size, while our adjustable rings offer more flexibility for size changes. If you're between sizes, opting for an adjustable ring might be the best choice, allowing for a more personalised fit.
For a more accurate fit, consider measuring your finger at the end of the day when it's slightly larger. You can also use an existing ring that fits well as a reference by measuring its inner diameter.
In New Zealand and Australia, ring sizes are measured by circumference in millimeters. The sizes offered may differ for each design.
