Can I wear my jewellery in water?
Yes, our gold pieces are 18k plated, and our silver pieces are ion-plated stainless steel (unless stated otherwise). Gold and silver-plated jewellery will show wear over time. To maintain the best condition, follow our Jewellery Care Guide.

 

How long will my order take?
Orders typically arrive within a week, though delivery times may vary due to location, weekends, holidays, or courier delays. Australian orders may experience occasional customs delays.

 

Can I customise my order?
We currently don’t offer personal customisation.

Yes, we offer limited-edition IDOLWILDE branded t-shirts, hats, and glasses. These items are part of exclusive collections and may not be available all year round. Can I return or exchange my jewellery, t-shirt, hat, or glasses?
Returns or exchanges for jewellery, t-shirts, hats, and glasses are not accepted for change of mind. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery. See our return policy for more details.

 

Can I pick up my order?
Currently, we do not offer in-person pickups. All orders are shipped using GoSweetSpot.

 

How do I track my order?
Once processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Please allow up to 2 working days for the tracking to activate.

 

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia only.

 

How do you ensure your packaging is eco-friendly?
We use recycled cardboard, reusable pouches, and eco-friendly courier bags. Please remove labels before recycling soft plastics.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via debit/credit card, PayPal, and AfterPay. Prices are shown in NZD or AUD.
